Trainer

 

Shorewood High School is proud to partner with the Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin health network to provide our athletes with a licensed athletic trainer and team physician. 

 

Our school's athletic trainer is Juneau McFadzen. Juneau graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in the spring of 2019 and is coming up on her fifth year as a licensed professional. She works passionately on developing good relationships with her patients and researching new strategies for injury care and prevention. She has worked in many different athletic medicine settings and is excited to share her skills with Shorewood High School. 

 

Our school's team physician is Dr. Demetrios Douros. Dr. Duros specializes in orthopedic surgery, providing care to patients of all ages and every level of athlete or activity. He believes the patient and physician relationship is one of trust and teamwork. Both the patient and physician must be invested in improving the patient's condition to achieve an optimal result. Dr. Douros strives for this foundation with every patient interaction.
