Welcome To Shorewood High School! Our graduates are confident, well-rounded, independent young adults who have learned to appreciate the diversity of our society and to be free-thinkers. To prepare our students for adulthood, we provide: a challenging, standards based curriculum in the core academic areas of language arts, math, science and social studies. The school offers nine advanced placement classes. Our Student Support Services Department that provides transition services including career exploration and post secondary planning for students and families, as well as, guidance on academic and personal matters. Additionally, Students have opportunities to participate in award winning performing and visual arts program that includes drama, orchestra, band, choir and studio art; additionally, they can expand on their personal interests by joining any of our more than 40 co-curricular activities.

On May 19, four legendary graduates of Shorewood High School will be honored for their achievements in film and music. To find out more information, click the above title.

On Tuesday, May 17, from 6-7 pm, the Shorewood Student Support team will bring in Dr. Sarah Axtell as the guest speaker for a workshop entitled "Healing with Food: Addressing the Root Cause of Common Childhood Illnesses." April 10-16, 2016 is National Library Week. The Shorewood Public Library will be celebrating in style with events for all ages, from pop-up libraries to library trivia to the grand finale – a super special Saturday.
On Sunday, March 13, at the Wisconsin Supreme Court in Madison, the Shorewood High School Varsity Mock Trail team competed in the finals of the State Tournament, and took first place out of 16 teams. For more details about the event, click the above title.
