Rental of School Facilities Procedures,
Rules and Regulations
The Shorewood School District encourages the maximum use of its indoor and outdoor facilities by making them available to the residents of Shorewood and organizations within the community.
When requesting the use of District facility space, please note:
- Rentals must be made at least two weeks in advance of the rental date.
- All rentals must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Facility rentals will not be processed without payment.
- Custodial charges will be assessed on the basis of request set-up and required maintenance care.
- Other fees, like Personnel fees (Lifeguard, Supervisor, Tech Director and Tech Assistant), light fees, etc. are not included in the facility rental fee

The Recreation Department office is located on the first floor of the Administration Building at Shorewood High School, 1701 E. Capitol Drive, Shorewood, WI 53211.
