How do I request the use of a District facility?

All individuals or groups interested in renting Shorewood School District facilities must fill out this Facility Use Request Form and return it to the Recreation and Community Services Department office, which is located in the administration building of Shorewood High School.

How much does it cost to rent a District facility?

The cost of renting a District facility varies depending on the type of facility you would like to rent. For example, renting out the cafetorium at Lake Bluff Elementary is less expensive than renting out the VHE pool. Rates also vary for residents and non-residents as well as community groups vs. individuals.

Is there anything else I should know before renting District facilities?

Organizations or individuals may have the opportunity to provide an in-kind donation to the District in lieu of facility fees for the utilization of District facilities. Organizations or individuals that wish to donate equipment may receive credit to their account for up to 60% of the cost of the equipment or enhancement of current facilities during that fiscal year or season at the discretion of the District.
