Dear Shorewood Families,
Starting tomorrow, Wednesday, December 22nd, the location of the District’s free weekly meal pick-up service will temporarily change.
Due to construction starting soon at Shorewood Intermediate School, pick-up will no longer take place in the SIS front circle, but will be moved to Shorewood High School. Days and times will remain the same.
Days: Wednesdays (when school is in session)
Times: 7:30-9am
Location: Shorewood High School Rear Entrance (outside the new addition of the admin building, off the SHS parking lot)
We apologize in advance for the inconvenience and will notify all families of any further location changes.
As a reminder, students and families may stop by every Wednesday to pick up a free breakfast and lunch multi-day pack. If the District is closed on a Wednesday (e.g., December 29 in observance of Winter Break), there will be no food service that day, either. Any children ages 18-under are eligible to receive free school meals and the students don’t have to be present for families to pick up the meals.
Should your family have extenuating circumstances and need to pick up meals at a different time than those listed above, please contact our Aramark Food Service Director, Dana Mejic, at [email protected] or 331-210-8989.
Sincerely,
Dana Mejic, Aramark Food Service Director
JoAnn Sternke, Shorewood Schools Interim Superintendent
