Dear Shorewood Families:
Beginning today, please log into Infinite Campus to pay school fees for the 2022-2023 school year.
Reminder:
Families eligible for the Free and Reduced Price School Meals program (FRAM) may have course, general, and participation fees waived in full and may receive assistance with other fees, including athletic fees and Recreation & Community Services fees. Due to federal regulations, the fee waiver is not automatic. To receive fee waivers, be sure to “check the box” that allows sharing of information when you complete the annual Online Registration. If you do not check the box, you must sign and return this form to your student’s school to receive the fee waiver.
Note: if you qualified for FRAM in the 2021-2022 school year but don’t reapply/requalify, your fee waiver will expire in October, and you will then have to pay fees at the full rate.
We urge you to apply for FRAM if you think you might qualify, as it will save you money for each child enrolled if you are eligible! In your Infinite Campus Portal, click “More” in the left navigation and then “Meal Benefits.”
School Fee Details:
- Each school’s Fee Schedule is posted on the District website under the school’s “Supplies and Fees” section.
- The required “Supplemental Materials” fee, the Graduation fee for 12th graders, and special program fees for Atwater students are the only fees assigned and due. You may have additional fees from a previous school year that you can pay online by changing the school year at the top of the “Fees” screen.
- Other fees will be determined based on the student's course and activity selections and added to the student's account as they are incurred.
- Pay fees online through the Infinite Campus Portal or in-person, at school, with check or cash. (There are no service fees for online or in-person payments.)
- All fees are due on or before the first day of School, September 1st, 2022. Please review the new fee policy by going to this link.
When paying fees, you can add optional items such as SIS/SHS Yearbooks, donations to Athletic, Music, and Drama Booster groups, and locker padlocks (required for SIS students, available for SHS students). Look for “Optional Payments” at the bottom of the “Fees” tab, and add the items you want to your cart.
