Dear Shorewood Families,
The North Shore Health Department (NSHD) will be hosting a Flu Vaccine Clinic at Nicolet High School this Saturday, October 8, from 9-11am.
This walk-in clinic is open to the public and anyone 18 and under can get a flu shot for $10 (cash or check, the clinic cannot bill insurance for 18 and under). There will also be the Pfizer COVID-19 Bivalent Booster available (the new booster for omicron variant) for 12+, while supplies last.
The NSHD will be bringing other routine childhood immunizations as well, so if you have students who still need school-required vaccines they can get them this Saturday for free!

Please complete the Clinic Consent Form here. It can be pre-filled out and brought to the clinic to speed up the process or you can request a paper consent form onsite.
If you recently received a legal notice about missing required vaccinations, please contact your child's physician or attend the clinic on Saturday to get your learner up-to-date! Saturday not work for you? Contact the NSHD to arrange a separate vaccination appointment.
