SHS junior Meghan DeRoche has been named a 2018 National YoungArts Foundation (YoungArts) Merit winner in Theater. Selected from the most competitive pool of applicants to date, DeRoche has been recognized for her outstanding artistic achievements and joins 757 of the nation's most promising young artists from 47 states across the literary, visual, design and performing arts.
Join the Shorewood Community Fitness Center as they celebrate 20 years of operation on April 17, 6-8 p.m. at The Atrium in Shorewood. There will be a presentation at 6:30 p.m. and refreshments to follow.

On Sunday, March 11, at the Wisconsin Supreme Court hearing room in Madison, the Shorewood High School Varsity Mock Trail team competed in the finals of the State Tournament, and took first place, beating out DC Everest High School. The team is now preparing for nationals in Reno, NV.
At the March 13th Shorewood School Board meeting, the 2018-19 Preliminary District Calendar was approved by the Board.
The Deputy State Superintendent recently released a letter concerning Forward/ACT test participation.
Five Shorewood High School graduates to receive Tradition of Excellence Awards
On February 13th, the Shorewood Recreation Department's Gravity Cruisers course culminated in an open house. Students were able to show off their designs, answer questions about the building process and--to everyone's enjoyment--race their vehicles.
