Small Group Training

Join a small group for themed workout sessions led by qualified trainers. Each sessions follows a structured plan focused on an area of fitness that matters most to you

We're committed to making professional fitness training accessible to everyone. All of our training options are priced affordably, and payment plans are available for Personal Training or Duo Training packages of 10 sessions or more.
