OUR CONTINUED COMMITMENT TO EQUITY

Our operational definition of equity is:

The proportional distribution of opportunity, resources, representation, and power as the outcome of deliberate and collaborative use of practices, policies, and conditions to ensure all stakeholders have what they need to flourish. Equity as a practice is aimed to dismantle systems and conditions that have traditionally created and maintained the predictability of advantages and disadvantages for individuals and groups based on their identity or ability.
