New Resident Student Registration (4K-12) Opens November 16, 2026

If you are new to the District, use this Online Registration link.

4K Families:

If you are a Shorewood resident and your child turns four on or before September 1, 2027, your child is eligible for 4K
Please note interest in morning 4K enrollment is high. If you are interested in AM 4K, you must register by Monday, February 1, 2027 to be entered in a lottery for available seats. Families will be notified about placements on or before Friday, February 5. 2027.
If you have another student enrolled in the Shorewood School District, log into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal, click the More tab in the left navigation bar, then click the Online Registration link.

In accordance with Wisconsin State Statutes, all school districts are required to verify residency for ALL students attending their schools on an annual basis. This applies to both resident and non-resident students (e.g., Open Enrollment).

PROOF OF RESIDENCY

Please review this information carefully to ensure your Online Registration application includes all required documents:

Within the Online Registration application you will be asked to upload proof of residency documents.
Make a pdf or take a picture of the document you want to submit and save it.
Lease documents must include the first and last page and also include the landlord’s or leasing company’s name and phone number.
All documents must include the parent/guardian’s name and address.

Proof of residency is required, per District Policy 5111. ALL families need to provide one piece of documentation from EACH of the following lists. Your child will not be allowed to attend school until residency is verified.

LIST A:

Current property tax statement (readily available at Village of Shorewood website)
Closing statement if you newly purchased a home (within the previous year)
Signed current resident lease (including the landlord’s name, address, and phone number)

LIST B:

Current month’s utility bill (must be We Energies, Spectrum, U-Verse, or Dish)
Health insurance statement
Food Share/Quest benefit statement
Medicaid/Badgercare benefit statement
W-2, SSI, or other County, State, or Federal benefit statement

Identification and Health Records

In addition to proof of residency documents, you will need to provide the following during the registration process:

household demographic data
emergency contact information
a copy of your child's Birth Certificate or Passport
