Transcript Request

Current Shorewood Seniors

Current seniors may request as many transcripts as needed, directly through the Student Support office. Note the parchment link below is not for current students. Students will be considered alumni after August 1st of their graduating year and will need to utilize Parchment after that time to request transcripts. 

Alumni

Shorewood is now using Parchment for alumni transcript requests. Parchment is an electronic system that allows former students to request transcripts online and deliver them to colleges, apprenticeships, employers, or themselves. Transcripts can be sent electronically by email or physically through USPS mail. Cost for this service is $10. 

Third Parties

Shorewood is now using Parchment for all third party transcript requests. Third party ordering is for individuals or organizations who have consent to request records on behalf of a student. These include education, enrollment, and graduation verifications. Cost for this service is $35.
