You are hereby invited to bid on the project request for proposal (RFP) for construction management services to study the options and costs associated with addressing facility needs at elementary, intermediate and high school campuses, pre-referendum and post-referendum support, concluding with supervision/construction services to implement the approved project scope. The anticipated project kickoff date will follow Board approval on 09 January, 2018.

Sealed Bid Proposals must be delivered, according to the RFP, by 12:00 PM CST on 21 December, 2017.
The Shorewood School District reserves the right to waive informalities in the bidding and to reject any and all proposals, parts of any and all proposals, or to waive technical errors or omissions in submitted proposals.
