On Thursday, February 1, from 7-8 p.m. in the SHS Auditorium, the Shorewood School District and the Shorewood Orchestra Boosters will be hosting the 12th Annual Shorewood High School Orchestra Benefit Concert. This year, the guest artists are violinists Jeanyi Kim of the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra and her husband, Alexander Mandl. Shorewood High School Orchestra students will be performing two works with the guest artists, including the Viotti Sinfonia Concertante and the famous Tschaikovksy Violin Concerto.
This year, audience members will not be required to purchase a ticket, but donations (suggested $5 per person) will be graciously accepted at the door to help offset the concert costs and the efforts put forth by the Shorewood Orchestra Boosters. With any questions, please email SHS Orchestra Director, Karen Frink, at email@example.com.
