The Shorewood Community Fitness Center is pleased to offer personal training for our members. Our Personal Trainers are professionals in the area of fitness, who will use their experience and knowledge to help you:

- Increase your muscular strength, endurance and flexibility.
- Provide you with a variety of exercises and fitness programs to meet your goals.
- Prevent flexibility loss and injury.
- Maintain your physical fitness while learning new exercises and fitness facts.
- Develop a safe and effective exercise program with one-on-one guidance.
Shorewood Community Fitness Center will provide you with a professional personal trainer who has the skills and qualifications to design an effective, safe and personalized fitness program just for you! You will work one on one with your trainer, who will provide you with continual motivation and instruction on proper cardiovascular, strength and flexibility techniques.
Shorewood Community Fitness Center offers group training for two people. You'll have all the benefits of the individual training, but you'll also get to enjoy it with whomever you choose. The group training rate is a 15% discount.
