Shorewood Foundation's Shark Tank

Have a fantastic idea that would help to make Shorewood an even better place to live, but don’t have the funds to implement it? Pitch your idea to Shorewood Foundation panelists in a fun, open forum for consideration to receive a grant to make your dream a reality.

The Shorewood Foundation is looking for Shorewood High School students to take part in this year's Shark Tank event on February 16 at Three Lions Pub (4515 N Oakland Ave, Shorewood, WI 53211).

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

Projects brought forward must align with at least one of the Shorewood Foundation’s stated objectives to:
  • Celebrating Shorewood's unique culture, values and beauty, ensuring it remains a special place to live, work and visit.
  • Connect our community in keeping with the village's neighborly spirit while enhancing, health, wellness and quality of life.
  • Sustaining Shorewood's history, charm and civic pride and safeguarding its cherished green spaces and parks.
Students (or residents) pitching ideas should arrive at Three Lions Pub at 6:30pm on February 16 and check in at the registration table. The event will be from 6:30 – 8:30pm.

The Foundation knows that our young people have so many great ideas, and they'd love to hear from them.

To participate, individuals must fill out a Shark Tank application here.
