Due to school power outages and inclement weather conditions, all schools in the Shorewood School District will be closed today, Friday, March 10. This includes Atwater and Lake Bluff 4K-6th grade conferences*, all school-sponsored after school and evening activities, as well as all Shorewood Recreation programming scheduled for today. The Fitness Center will also be closed.
*Elementary conferences (4K-6th) have been rescheduled for Friday, March 24. Originally scheduled as a half day for students, there will now be no school on March 24 for 4K-6th grade. More information on conference sign-ups will be forthcoming from your student's school.
The District will continue to monitor the weather forecast and follow the District's inclement weather closing procedures which can be found on the District website. Should any additional closings need to occur, the District will alert families.
