2023 School Perceptions District Survey

Each year, the District surveys its students in grades 4-12, staff, families/caregivers, and all Shorewood residents to obtain feedback about its schools.

School Perceptions survey input is an important tool in evaluating the District’s work, measuring progress toward specific program and department goals, as well as assessing the student learning environment in our schools. We kindly ask that everyone participate in the survey so that we can have the most accurate and complete representation of student, staff, family/caregiver, and resident voices!

The School Perceptions Families/Caregivers and Residents Survey window has been extended to Monday, May 1.

Families/caregivers should have received an email regarding our annual Shorewood School District School Perceptions Survey.  Additionally, if you reside in the Village of Shorewood, you should have received a mailed postcard with a survey code.  This code can be used by any adult member in your household who wishes to complete the survey.  You do not need to complete the survey both as a Village resident and a parent/guardian. If you misplaced your code or need an additional code for another adult in your household, please contact the Shorewood School District Administration Office at (414) 963-6931 or  [email protected].

We hope you will provide feedback about our District and schools. Your input is needed, and we encourage you to participate in this year's surveys!
