High School Student Athletes Make College Decisions

As the school year comes to an end, high school seniors are making one of the biggest decisions of their lives: where they will attend college. For student athletes, the choice is often driven by the consideration of athletic programs, scholarships, and future career prospects. Congratulations to the eight Shorewood seniors who signed for their college of choice yesterday in front of family, friends and coaches. Congratulations to the following students who are continuing on with their athletic endeavors:


  • Adelais Burkholder will be playing lacrosse at Oglethorpe University
  • Sam Diliberti with be participating in track and field at University of Vermont
  • Kian Ghojallu will be playing football at UW-Steven’s Point
  • Amie Gronert will be running cross country at Smith College
  • LeeAnn Hawkins will be playing soccer at Mount Mary University
  • Nolan Kenney will be playing soccer at Lakeland University
  • Reuben Keuler will be running cross country at Lawrence University
  • James Schuurman will be playing Soccer at UW-Milwaukee
