At the March 13th Shorewood School Board meeting, the 2018-19 Preliminary District Calendar was approved by the Board. This calendar includes the school start and end dates, parent-teacher conference dates, and holidays and breaks.
Please view the approved calendar below. A few important changes to note:
Atwater and Lake Bluff Elementary Schools:
* Wednesday Early release changed from 2:15 to 2:25pm
* Nov 9th and Nov 22nd are now half days that end at 12:00 pm
Shorewood Intermediate School:
* Implementation of Wednesday Early release beginning at 2:20 every Wednesday
* Half days instead of full days at the end of Q1 and Q2
Shorewood High School:
* Graduation on June 9th
* Last Day is a Wednesday
A more comprehensive printed District calendar--including the specific events and happenings at each school--will be distributed during the registration days in August.
